Daily Rate: €400-420 per day

Overview

We are seeking a SuccessFactors ECP Specialist to lead the optimisation and ongoing development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Key Contributions

• Serve as the techno-functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors ECP in a post-go-live support capacity.
• Convert operational and strategic needs into clear functional specifications, technical designs, and structured documentation.
• Oversee system modifications, including configuration updates and integration development
• Champion continuous enhancement initiatives, improving system usage, process efficiency, automation and overall user experience.
• Coordinate platform releases and feature enhancements, managing validation activities and smooth rollouts

Required Background

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an SAP Techno-Functional ECP Payroll Consultant.
• MUST have hands on experience with French (essential) payroll and German (highly desired) payroll.
• Robust technical configuration experience.
• Fluency in English.
